The State of California will not be paying the ones on Welfare due to the budget, rumor on the street is that the State of Illinois will welcome anyone that comes from California with open arms as long as they sign up to be on the Illinois welfare program after they arrive there.

I wouldn't put a lot of stock into anything what FOX reports! Whether its news or business...

Thats right! Just wander on down to the local Wal-Mart and buy one of those OBAMACON brain helmets, plug it in, then wander about the streets like a zombie (arms raised straight out in front of you and eyes rolled back into head) and mutter "Republicans baaad....
