Still a newbie and still working on my quest for homeownership. Im curious what feedback I get from the question....Granger or Osceola? We have mainly focused our home search in Granger so I know very little about Osceola. The home we looked at is off of Jefferson, very close to Elkhart county. Between apple and countyline road. This area is Penn schools. Im curious as far as resale value or just general appeal, which is better Granger or Osceola?

I have enjoyed reading your posts from about 4 years ago...so are you still in the Granger area? What advice do you have for someone trying to relocate to that area? 3 kids, elementary and middle school. Sounds like I want Penn Schools, or do you have any opinions on Edwardsburg, MI. Work would definately be in SB/Elkhart area but is there any advantage to living on the Michigan side vs. greater SB areas? Any new info, "wish I would have known" kind of things would be great!! Does Granger have city water/sewer now? Thanks!
