For all you Granger peeps, maybe you can give me some insight on some subs hubby and I are looking at. Our price range is 150-155k so that puts us in the lower price bracket for Granger

We are looking at homes in these subs below for now. I would be more than thrilled if any of you live in these subs as it would give me more insight. My realtor says they are all about the same but I can tell she isnt a fan of Granger. Please dont mention Mallard Pointe or Woodsedge subs, I have put in 3 bids in those subs and the sellers want full asking price no and's, if's or but's. Its a sore subject.

Thanks!

Hey Falling,

Why dont you head on over to the very edge of Granger/Elkhart County Line in the Cleveland township?? (there is Cleveland township in St Joseph cty and in Elkhart Cty and they bump up against each other.

I did a very quick scan and pulled up 44 listings between 100 and 150K in that area.
Good luck to you!
Jody

Thanks Jody. We just signed papers on a home in Osceola. I hope all goes well and we close in a timely manner. Thanks for your suggestions.

I'm late to the show but welcome to the area. We're in the SE corner of Mishawaka in Old Reverewood. Osceola's a nice little area to live in.

If you happen to be driving down 12th St/Harrison Rd in the spring and see a somewhat older guy with gray in his beard riding a red bike behind a little girl on a pink "chopper" bike, that's my granddaughter and I so be sure to honk. I might look confused, but I'll still wave.

I will be on the lookout for you! I go through to Mishawaka allot. Its closer for me to shop there than in Dunlap. My uncle used to live on Apple Road.
Sounds like it wont be long and you will have some decent riding weather too! WOOOHOOO
