If you are blacklisted on CL, sorry to say, there's a good reason.
The block ads that don't match your location. How can you be against that?
Hiding YOUR email to protect you. And yea, they need to know if people are using those email links so they do know when they get used. I don't understand how oyu think this is nefarious.
I have bought and sold many things on craigslist. The main issue I've had is as soon as the ad is up, someone sends me a reply saying "please to reply to me at xxx.gmail.com address because I don't check my emails." That's bull. They just want your email address for nefarious purposes. I always state that I will use CL reply mail only and I won't reply to requests to email you. Sometimes I reply to an ad and get no response - that's kind of typical and I figure it's sold and they just haven't taken the ad down.
I tell people if they are really interested, reply back with their phone number and I'll text them. Most people who are serious buyers do that and I haven't had any issues.

CL has had the flakiest people for me. Had one person ask me to drive to the other side of town because he doesn't drive and show him what I was selling. And he might not want it...

What alternative to Craigslist do you prefer?
I mean, none of them has a Goofball filter, do they?
They don't, of course. But at least on Facebook Marketplace, I (probably) have someone's real name. Flake free so far on the 10 or so things I've sold there. I usually sell on eBay.
I've had some bad experiences on Facebook so I think it's really location dependent. I've been using Nextdoor lately and it seems to have less of the goofball factor because for the most part they are your neighbors.

I've moved things on ebay when I need that broad market, and stuff is shippable.
Locally, I sell bigger stuff, cars, furniture, etc.
My biggest difficulty is not having venmo, etc. That is a choice and I know it hurts me in the market.
