I absolutely did NOT misquote you. You said that "most miss the mark" and I replied saying "not all" miss he mark and showed how I talked up FB 3 years ago as a good investment. Misquoting would be changing your words or misinterpreting what you said, wasn't the case at all.

That’s like saying water is wet though. Over course not all predictions go horribly wrong

Well of course not. Is everyone just going to pick apart every word posted here today?

He was referring to this particular board and the various predictions that have been made, which has been rife with poor predictions, something I agree with. I only pointed out one single post of mine from several years ago that turned out well (to date) and all Hell broke loose. I can't for the life of me understand any negative reactions to that. I di not misquote anyone. Just like saying "Hey the (insert team name here) have made tons of poor decisions on draft picks lately" and someone replies by quoting that saying "Well they did draft Patrick Mahomes so not all bad."

You and I have had our battles, but I agree on this one. A buy recommendation on facebook, 3 years ago, was a great call, and this is why we are on these boards, to trade investing ideas.

I never notice advertisements in my Facebook feed. I had to go look to see what you're talking about - yes indeed, there are ads, but I never noticed them.
