I just moved from Hodges and I LOVED that area. I was renting an apartment right off of Atlantic ($830/mo for 1k sq ft 2br 2ba) in a VERY safe area and very well located. About 5-10 minutes from the beaches (just a little farther from baymeadows though)

Englewood forget (not safe), Lakewood is really nice and Sunbeam is okay, but as Karla said, start a new thread with all your Q's and you'll get the best response...look towards the upper left of this page to "start a new thread"
