Is anyone familiar with this area and whether it would be a good area to rent in?

Where is it?

I've never heard of Belden Street (it's probably a tiny street?).

Do you have a zip?

It didn't come up for me the first time, got it now though, thanks Karla .

To answer your question Babsinbloom, no, this is not a nice area to rent in.

Even though you have Empire Point to the east and San Marco to the West, this spot in the middle is not very good at all, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

If you need to be in the vicinity for work or something, I would suggest looking west and south (look for San Jose Blvd) or jumping further east significantly (Beach Blvd @ St. John's Bluff Road and further east from there).
