Now why can't all online applications be this way?? (credit, applying, unemployed)

Took 5 mins. Damm why can't all companies be like this? This would make completing online application so much better.

Personality Questionnaire (May take 10 mins to an hour, depending on company)

Done! Submit application.

That was easy, right? Well it only took a long time. And you end up getting ignored and some cases, rejected. What a waste of time. Same process for the next company. And the next. No wonder why so many job seekers are unemployed and takes a long time to get a job.

Just add that place to the list of those that will not be calling you(it isn't a real job, they are just feeding a list) or you will not accept a job with them at this time(something better may come along).

I have never understood why *some* applications online ask for that info. Even if you try and put in something other than your real social security number it will sometimes not let you proceed.
