My husband is extremely loyal to this company and is not considering other options in his job search. It's very frustrating to me. Is Alliance International really that amazing? I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with them.

Thank you!

Well, nothing popped up in a quick search.

I would suggest that loyalty counts for something, when a company has treated you well, why not give them a chance and a second chance.

But if they do not find you a job within 2 months, even a 2 day job, then a Reasonable/logical person would sign up with other companies.

good luck!

My husband is getting out of the Navy, so this is the first time we've ever had to worry about jobs. He's attending a hiring conference at the end of the month. I suppose I need to be patient. You're right. Loyalty is a good thing, especially since Alliance is giving him a lot of training and prep for the conference.

Thank you for your reply.

He may know of the NAVAIR website, but I didn't. That's cool. There really are a lot of options for him. It's just that loyalty thing... he doesn't want to explore anything until after the career conference.

Thanks again!

So how did the Alliance conference go? I'm considering using them as well and I can't find much feedback online. Did you husband get a job? If so, did he have a positive experience?

We had a really great experience with Alliance. They took care of my husband from the start of the process to the end. It takes a pretty big commitment, but it was well worth it in the end. My husband now has a job with a really good company in the location we were hoping for. Alliance will put you in touch with their previous applicants. My husband has talked with other candidates going through the process.

Good luck!

Default Horrible Company

Don't use this headhunter! They will try to sell you on jobs such as trash disposal or dock yard management. They take advantage of the junior Officer in order to make a profit and have very sleazy representation. Would not recommend to an enemy.
