When I was 12 years old I worked (circa 1955) for Harold Colby on River Rd In Independence MO, just south of 24 Highway) sorting eggs etc. If the egg was over-sized (double yoke) it was called a Paschall and all the Paschalls were sold to Paschall Dairy on Liberty Rd. in Independence, just North of Kentucky Rd (as memory serves me). Harold and his brother Ray Colby bought their eggs from Lamoni Iowa probably from the RLDS College and sold them to Independence Grocery Stores. Most of their employes were teenagers like my self probably because we worked for cheap, but we broke a lot of eggs by horsing around and throwing them at Colby's neighbor's (a Judge who lived just south of Harold Colby) shed roof.

Was the about the 2nd or 3rd house on the west side of River?
