November isn't prime tourist season and I think that that price sounds okay, but you could probably find something cheaper. I like to use princeline, name your own price. If that isn't your thing, look at costco (if you are a member) or discount hawaii car rentals. If you use those sites, the prices fluctuate greatly, but you can always cancel the reservations and remake them, with the cheaper rate (not with priceline though)

I am going in August and you got a really good rate for the Jeep for a week. The only thing that I have seen in several websites and even travel books (Frommers) is that they suggest not booking with Alamo since they overbook and often do not have enough cars to use.
