I have 75 Acres and want to lease the Natural Gas rights
Are there any good listing services where we can register?

If you Google mineral rights TN you will get a link to geology.com. I will try to paste the link... http://geology.com/articles/mineral-rights.shtml
It looks pretty complicated, and something you will need a good atty to protect you. Looking at some of the photos makes it pretty clear that drilling can really mess up a piece of land.

My suggestion, for what it's worth, is to take Spiders advice and get an attorney.

sound advise and I do plan on doing that.
But first I need to find someone interested in leasing them from me.
Thats what I mean by marketing them.
I dont think i can call up my friendly realtor and just list them for lease.
Or maybe there are equivelant type services and I just dont know about them.

I guess you would have to find out IF there is a market for the lease, and if your property is worth it for someone to want to least it.

2nd I guess you would have to figure out if you care that you may have some messed up land during and after the lease is up.

You might try calling some law offices and see who specializes in mineral rights law. They would probably have contacts with those that might want to lease.

Are there other pieces of land near you that are leasing gas rights? If so, contact those people. If not, I wonder what makes you think you have a marketable property? Just curious.

You might be interested in viewing a movie called, "Gasland." It is riveting.

After you actually watch the movie you will realize that this better be land that can be expendable because it may never be useable, again. People in the movie that lived near this sort of property could light the water coming out of their faucet on fire and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

How about speaking with the local natural gas utility? Maybe they would be interested.

What proof do you have that there is something of value below the surface of your land?
