My boyfriend and I are looking for a house to rent in the South Knoxville/ Louisville/ Maryville area. Im having a heck of a time finding something in a decent area that is pet friendly.
Does anyone know of any good webites or realtors that have listings online? Other than Craigslist or Rent.com?

Thanks

I've found an awful lot of house rentals in the area in and around Maryville have been through signs on the front lawn with a phone number and not listed. If you cannot find a house through the above links (that was pretty exhaustive and must have taken a bit to compile CaitlandRenee) you may have to do some driving around to spot them. It's got to be frustrating if you are looking long distance but it seems to work as the signs are down within 2 months and often less.

I found one in Maryville by using Craigslist. My wife and I were able to drive out for a few days to look at homes. We found a nice one in Maryville and put down a deposit. We have four animals too. They are out there, you just have to keep looking. There are new rentals being put on there all the time. You just have to be careful though. We seen lots of houses we liked, but after driving by them we quickly found out they were in bad condition. We finally got lucky and found a really good landlord that takes care of his properties.
