MM - was referring the fact the op wanted to purchase a condo, and if he did, it may be difficult to land a job to pay for the condo...

funny though, where i am, they have orientation twice a month with about 30 people each.. so we are hiring.. although it may not be the job that someone wants.. the whole idea is to network in this town.. didn't really believe it at first, but it is all about who you know.

Those new faces are the Fremont employees doing lunch because they closed their EDR.

Forever 21 expanded their operation here in Las Vegas with a huge store at the Fashion Show (there are smaller stores in local malls), hiring 650 people, (probably for part time work though).

There's no question that more firms are hiring. I even have some anecdotal evidence to contribute on that front (and, no, I am not looking for nor do I want any type of job ). I go to LabCorp every two weeks to get blood work done. Back in March and April, I used to just walk right in; now, there is usually a line of people for UA testing as part of their pre-employment screening. Be that as it may, that doesn't doesn't mean there is a job for everyone or that anyone collecting unemployment is lazy and could find a job if they were persistent.
