Yes and nice temperature around March to early June. In my side of town, the arrival of Spring is beautiful with trees blooming. White flowers for Pear trees and pink flowers for the Plum trees while the Palo Verde trees start blooming in April all the way to Oct-Nov.

I did understand your post. I was telling the OP that tree's flower all over the valley, not just in Spring valley. Just in case they thought the tree's only flowered in your area. Get it?
If i didn't know any better, i'd swear you were the mayor of Spring Valley. (not that there is one)

I was born in the morning but not this morning. You seem to be too preoccupied with my posts here. Why don't you talk more about the pig farm, Apex dumpsite and the Republic Services garbage recycling site in your neighborhood. This way you give a great service to many in here looking for homes in Vegas.

So I come in the first week of May, it will be nice? That's good to know. I'm used to hot places, but in Vegas I hear it's a dry heat, like being in a oven, opposed to a humid heat we have here in South Florida. Right?

The Pink/jhiker1o feud is only beaten by Olecapt/Tony Soprano feud, IMO.
