Plus over 8% sales tax and with the economy the way it is that will probably go up to offset the lost revenue from the casinos. I pay less than $100 for four years.

I got the Clark County Assessors to reduce the taxable value on my condo. It will probably not go down any further, but who knows?

Hey if that person is living the premium lifestyle and they have the money, they have every right by all means to waste it every year on a brand new car and the ridiculous registration fees that come with it

If someone is well off enough to own property in two different cities, car registration fees should not even have to enter into the equation.

Having two houses is why I can't afford the high fees. Don't assume making a long term investment in Vegas equals a lot of money.

Actually the state sales tax rate is 6.85%... You paid less than $100 in sales tax over 4 years?
