I knew that. Bugsy has become a metaphor. They all did bad things to people, especially if you tried to scr*w them.

Default Yet another diversification study

I always laugh when people ask if Nevada has ever thought about diversification. That's all Nevada ever thinks about. It's just that nobody knows how to go about it. But then correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't this report say we should just expand what we already have? Or am I missing something?

That is because you don't live here! Going to TWO casinos, is no test of how things are doing or going in Vegas. You did not stay at high end hotels. Planet Hollywood, was in bankruptcy.
Downtown was packed? On the weekend? A week end, does not make a profit.

P.s. We have the highest rate of foreclosures, and 14 % unemployment. Average is 9%. This month it is 13.4%.
Thank you for trying to keep Vegas GREEN.

Can someone answer me a question? I am new on the forum, and cannot see a place to post a new forum, unless, this site has to give one the OK? Then, where is the ignore button?
I tried links, but I have a slow computer and I am a senior, anyone?

The city looks fine to tourists, but to us that live here it's starting to hurt. There are houses in the really nice areas like centennial hills for less than 100k. Not a lot of them, but it's still happening. We are also the city with the most people most people under water in the country. Fun right?
