I drove by there today from the Stratosphere, lots of foot traffic in the neighborhood behind the Stratosphere tower.

Are you forgetting that Ciudad Juarez is right next door to El Paso? Why commit crime in the States when Mexico is literally right there.

Nonsense - One does not cross the border to commit crimes. Nobody there to steal from but Mexicans who can be very difficult.

Pick Santa Ana. Another heavily hispanic city with very low crime.

...Not true at all!

When I lived in El Paso, I frequently saw POS pickup trucks coming over from mexico empty and full POS trucks going back full of bicycles, lawn mowers, grilles and anything else not nailed down in El Paso!

Actually you are agreeing with me. You have to read these threads before you comment.

Good show (the Swedish/Danish original is the best):
The Bridge (2013 TV series) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I used to live in an area (Sierra Vista) that made The Meadows look tame. Almost nightly,
SWAT could be seen hanging off their van heading into one of the apt. complexes.
I'll soon be at the shelter in NLV. Meadows isn't nice but it pales comparison to some
of the other places in Las Vegas.
