C'mon Bob...are you telling us you never spent time in LV dressed in drag...or dressed as a bee??? Something tells me that you're really the Queen Bee type!

That is what is the best thing about living here, there is a really nice family atmosphere if that is what you are looking for and then when it is time for mommy and daddy to have grown up time there is a whole different side of this city to discover and it sure is fun to go on the strip and act like tourists sometimes and forget about the carpool and dirty laundry for awhile. It has done wonders for my marriage

You, my dear man, may stay. The rest of you go home. He gets it, and he has only been here two months. You sound like me. When we hit town in 1964 at about 5:00am, we drove all over town just to get our first look. I felt then, and have felt ever since, like I had finally arrived home. Then when I discovered all there is to do here, as compared to nothing to do in most places I've lived, I thought I was in Paradise. Even though the 2.6 million people, mostly Californians, that have moved here since 1964, have ruined our Paradise like they did the once paradisio southern California, it is still, as the late, great Forest Duke labled it, TBCOTA...the best city of them all.
Opps. I meant 1.6 million people not 2.6.

Relax, Buzz- it was a joke. Of course we have Halloween parties here- the number of guys dressed in drag is probably lower though, and we generally restrict it just to Halloween, where in Vegas they do it every day

Where was it you lived in Vegas?

I think I will keep my clients from that area.

I was talking specifically about the guys in drag, Jim (and in a joking fashion). You know- Frank Marino and the like. Man, you guys are way too hypersensitive......

It's true. Most true locals are hypersensitive when some non-local makes remarks about our town. It comes from years of listening to hypocrites, who don't have a clue, vilifying us all the time. We probably should be used to it by now. The truth is, those who run us down are just jealous that they can't live in the best part of the country. And I say hypocrites, because they support gambling but they still think we are all evil for allowing it to be legalized and regulated.
