well, first of all, before i lived in GVR and it wasnt all that great, very low quality of life, second of all, the major problems is that there's no infrastructure and since nothing is going well right now, who knows what will eventually be built there and it is really far out from civilization too

I agree with PinkString - I think as long as KB homes continues to build - the development is sure to stay strong - with more open space floor plans the builder is saving a considerable amount in builders costs, and will likely be able to keep the prices down - unfortunately that will interefere with Meritage at the moment, but when prices rebound, demand will slowly rebound as well.
