No thunder. Not showers, steady rain. Too late to save water as Monday is our programmed plant watering day.

Saw a bunch of spinouts already this morning.

It's amazing that some of these people can handle wiping themselves...

In 18 years here, that's the weirdest rain system I've ever seen come to the Valley!

Normally, in winter, the rain systems ease their way down from Seattle to CA, then they turn eastward, and we get the tail end of the rain system.

This rain system!!! Emanating from Mexico, Gulf of California, and heading northwards!!! Those rain systems are typical for late July and August! Coming northwards from the south in January?

Tin hat here. Global warming.

You know someone was going to say it eventually.

That was a decent rain. Enjoyed it.

There's yet another one of these weird rain systems coming up from the Gulf of California due to arrive any time!

Come on now, Mother Nature! Let's get back on track!

You come down the Pacific coast from British Columbia, you dump some rain in California, then move it eastwards!
