Clinton the right choice - Las Vegas Sun
The Sun's endorsement is significant for Democrats.
By contrast, even though the competing Las Vegas Review-Journal is the largest newspaper in Nevada, its endorsement of any Democrat is always suspect. The Review-Journal has a long history as a partisan right-wing newspaper.
Although I support Obama over Clinton, it is clear that the Review-Journal's recent endorsement of Obama was not genuine. It was just a pretext to attack the Clintons. Jon Ralston, Las Vegas political columnist, comments on this R-J phony endorsement.
