And to think that Blaze was started by couple who just wanted a pizza version of Chipotle... fun fact Pieology was already open by the time Blaze launched. Similar concept but no LeBron or executive chef backing.

Someone else mentioned Nora's.

Primarily Prime Rib at the South Point and Silverado Steakhouse at the South Point. Food is good, priced right, decent decor, you get a little bit of the Vegas feel since it's in a Casino but you skip all the traffic of the Strip.

For buffets without putting a hole in your pocket, the Suncoast dinner buffet has a decent spread. Salad bar, fresh fruit bar, Chinese, Italian, American, Seafood, decent selection of desserts as well... for locals it is definitely better than Santa Fe and and on the same level as Red Rock.

Suncoast is maybe on par with Santa Fe and not close to the Red Rock buffet

I regularly eat at all 3 buffets, Red Rock's Sushi section does not impress me at all, or any other hotel buffets with Sushi, the Wynn is an exception and I also go to the Wynn on a regular basis. Take that away and all three, Santa Fe, Red Rock and Suncoast serve identical dishes. In my opinion, Suncoast is on par with Red Rock. I also compare the dishes while its on the line, drying up, food getting replenish regularly...........so I think Suncoast is better than Santa Fe.

For those who love Italian food, Suncoast's dinner buffet is definitely better than Sante Fe.

I found a Chinese restaurant serving delicious food that is not in Chinatown. Fu at the Hard Rock Hotel serve great tasting meals. I judge a Chinese restaurant by how they make their fried rice. It they f#/[ that up then it is no good in my book.
Fu serve delicious Shrimp/pork fried rice and Chicken fried rice. The first time I went for dinner with my friend, he had Chicken/broccoli while I had the Shrimp/pork fried rice. The 2nd time, I had lunch with my nephew and his friends, I ordered the Chicken fried rice. My nephew ordered Kung Pao Chicken, his friends both ordered Chicken with mix vegetables. We were all satisfied.

Price wise, it is higher than your average Chinese restaurant but not expensive but the overall taste of food will more than make up for the price. By the way, the shrimp the restaurant use on their fried rice are large ones.

Lotus of Siam , Vegas has a ton of thai food and this might be the best thai restaurant. I've been to Bangkok many times and honestly this place is better than the majority of restaurants out there IMO

Absolutely Gino's in Chi Town! I lived there over 28 years and also worked at Gino's (East & West) for a time when I was young. Gino's East is also very historical from the old "Mob" days. Best Chicago style deep dish pizza EVER!
