We will be moving to a new home in Spring Valley sometime mid next year and I would like to ask you guys how is the area?

Spring Valley has a wide variety of housing. Some areas within Spring Valley (such as Spanish Trail and Spanish Hills) are as high end and luxurious as any you will find in the Las Vegas area. Other areas are squarely within the middle class of housing. Still other areas are on the lower end of the economic scale. So, OP, you should be a bit more specific about the kind of information you seek. Also, use the search tool, and you will find a thread of pics of Spring Valley.
