The Cirque folks often go to 777 on Tuesday nights, late, after work. The Cellar used to be very popular with the dancers but they closed and I don't know where those people go anymore.

Or, locals go to the strip to people watch. "Oooh! There's a tourist paying $XXX to go to a show that we can go to for free."

At home or at friends homes - small dinner parties etc. The Strip, locals casinos, taverns and places like that are not our scene.

It just hasn't been the same since The Beach closed up. The Vegas bar scene has really changed over the years, but I was on Fremont with a buddy a couple weeks ago, and those places were doing okay. We went to some tiny joint in the container park and it was packed with young people.

The Sand Dollar sounds like a place we'd like.
