We don't know what's unconstitutional until the proper legal process is followed. Period. And we should not label someone as illegal either until the proper process is followed. There are courts and judges which rule on that, shouldn't be a label just widely thrown out on someone who has never been through the process.

Or do you believe you have been given the right to be judge, jury and executioner?

LOL what a bunch of continual hogwash! Blah, blah, blah......

You just don't like what I have pointed out and you have opposing views which have been blown into pieces while I quoted the constitution and the rule of law, plain and simple. Everything is spelled out in the constitution and you want to beat around the bush like a wondering madman to further your own pathetic ideology in contrast to the interests of the Republic.

Like I said, move on.......

While I don't take issue with children brought here who know only of this country remaining, I do think things are getting a bit ludicrous. The law is quite clear about what qualifies somebody to be an illegal alien. It is also quite clear about the penalties to these persons and anybody found harboring or employing them. I can completely understand how a very large segment of united states citizens could feel quite irritated by non citizens marching around throughout major cities demanding rights and flaunting the law. It is somewhere in the middle here that those of different views will have to meet to make some progress on this issue.

How do you reach the conclusion that the law is clear? We have 11 million people here who do not have lawful status. 7 million or more have been here over 10 years. How is that possible under a "clear law".

So obviously the law is clear...as mud.

The problem of course is the law is not enforced and we have no intention of doing so. And by now the problem is so large and so old that it is not possible to enforce the law.

The demonstrators may well be Dreamers. But many are simply sympathizers Friends, relatives, member of related ethnic groups who believe we should regularize the status of the Dreamers.

I personally am much more of a Dreamer fan than the rest of the illegals. They committed no offense and have no guilt. Their cause is just.

I would have no particular sympathy for the rest except for the passage of time. After a few years it is pretty absurd to throw out those who are established in the community.

Typical Liberal answer. You must be corrupting your own children with fake news and lies.

It's quite possible by selective enforcement of laws combined with millions of people surging across our borders.

My children are 26 and 24, respectively. Don't worry your pretty head about fake news or scary liberal ideas like punishing the guilty and not the innocent. We'll take it from here.
