Town Square 215 & Las Vegas Blvd.
I'm going to hazard a guess and say that you like your whisky

Henderson Hands Down. That should be the slogan.
Have you heard of reservations? I never wait cause I Know what a reservation is, the hours the popular places get busy etc.

Red Rock Casino is nicer I agree.

Your comment about Henderson being built on black mountain and higher temps makes no sense. Do you think being higher elevation brings you closer to the sun therefore hotter temps? Are you also a flat-earther?

Seems like this debate has been raging for ages:

I know Summerlin doesn't own Red Rock, but its not in Henderson.

Do you even live here? It sounds like you aren't aware much of Las Vegas in surrounded by mountains. Have you ever driven west on any of the major streets like Flamingo. Its up hill all the way. Much of Summerlin is built on a mountain. Only its not black.

Are you aware black absorbs heat more than any other color. Which is why is is hotter in Henderson by a few degrees in the summer.

Sporty - Total Wine - I have a friend in another country who owns a high end liquor product. We were at Total wine off Rampart and OMG did they have some high end booze products! They said they are one of a few stores in the country that carry those. We joked, don't sell muh do you? They said oh yes we do, we have people coming here from other states to buy out of the vault.

Interesting. While I've only been reading this forum for a short while, from past searches, I'd come to the conclusion that Summerlin vs. Henderson was pretty much a draw, either one was similar, and to pick the one closer to your other activities (like work location). But we're rebels, we picked the southwest...and enjoy the amenities of both, because we have this miraculous invention commonly called a "car". We'll just pretend we're Swiss, and remain neutral..LOL.

Don't forget to go to winco in summerlin - oh wait you don't have one LOL. Glaziers is now just another smiths- oh well you can always drive to aliante area.

Henderson is constantly ranked as one of the safest cities in the USA. Summerlin area uses Vegas metro - good luck calling them when getting broken into.

Henderson police have a no-nonsense rep. No brainer really

I live in Henderson. This thread is about Henderson.

What about you? Where do you live? Do you think you should be posting in that thread instead of threadcrapping in this one?

Last time I checked, there is lots of green around me. Can't say I see any black.

Temperatures in summer time are perfectly fine here (in Henderson, not Summerlin) also.

At least we have our own city!

Hmm sounds like the Summerlinials are a lil jealous of Henderson's fancy new stuff.

Why don't you read your own thread and see where it went off track. Its wasn't started by me.

It went off track with an 'out of the blue' lie about downtown Summerlin. That is how Sumerlin got dragged into the thread. Why even bring it up a bold face lie about Summerlin in a thread about Henderson?

That green you see is trees and grasses. They have to grow on something. And in your 'own city' its a black

mountain. Are you trying to deny that?

Like someone else said you brag about a have a winco (seriously?), your scraping the bottom of the barrel. We have Ikea, BFD. Cheap crap that'll end up in a landfill in 5 years. Or your own city. Is that the best you can do? Oh yeah ANOTHER Costco! Weeeee! Those are things most of us don't care about.
