To be fair, Texas at 93% does have a higher graduation rate than Nevada at 88%. But we are no where near the worst which would be Arizona and New Mexico at 74%.

He is describing a school not an overall number. So to refute the point all you need is a school. Ad Tech does it.

The link I posted shows that Nevada has 14 high schools with a 100% graduation rate, while Texas has 260. Texas has nearly 10 times the population of Nevada, so that needs to be taken into consideration.

I think you meant presidential grifting and sucking the coffers of our great nation dry.

That's because the career and technical academies only accept students with above a 2.0 GPA and kick anyone out if they are not on track to graduate.

And even with the ability to do this, only 5/8 score better than the average school in the state of Kentucky, who test all of their students. Southeast CTA, East CTA, and Veterans CTA all have averages below 20.

Have you not been paying attention to education the past 20 years? Everyone graduates. The job security of principals is dependent on lowering suspension rates and increasing graduation rates. All requirements to pass any tests demonstrating any sort of subject matter competency have been eliminated.

Every school in CCSD has a graduation rate above 85% - the behavior schools are the only exception. Sunrise Mountain has a 96.1% graduation rate with a whopping 14.3 average ACT.

What a bizarre thread. Started as dramatic "VEGAS IS FINISHED!"

Now it's how many Hispanics are enrolled in Texas schools.
