Found a nice condo in this area. What side of town is this?? As always... any info is helpful.

Very nice complex. Sold one of those a couple of years ago. Buyer likes it a lot. Plain vanilla but in a nice area. Check the schools closely if you have need. May be a problem. Otherwise a great location and convenient.

Yes I'm moving with a 10 year old so I will have to look into the schools.

Jacobsen about 55th out of 200. Not bad. Better yet for bright students.

High free lunch. Moderate transiency - which is the worst problem for an elementary school. Probably why better for bright students. Majority minority but by a small amount.

I would think not bad if your kid is a reasonable student.

I have NO complaints when it comes to her grades. She is always on the honor roll so I think she will do fine.
I just saw this condo online today and I won't be there to look until June 14th sooooooo I just hope it's still available. From what I've heard the good ones go very quick!!!
