i'd contact someone in the road department & ask them to take a look at the intersection. i couldn't possibly be the only one confused by it & i wonder if there are stop signs on ALL corners? or just this one?

I have encountered stop sign/red light intersections. Seems to happen in older areas where they add a light but forget to pull down the sign.
