I'mm too lazy. Halloween displays are always dark, so it's hard to get good pictures. If you use lights you can ruin the effect. Low light photography takes a lot of work. Did I mention I'm lazy?

Default rats! $6500 home buy credit not retroactive

just read this :


Update: Just heard from White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki. The start date for the new $6,500 credit for existing homeowners will take effect as soon as Obama signs the bill into law tomorrow (Nov. 6).

we missed it by a lousy 3 weeks ! I'm sure many others feel the paint too..just more bad luck in Vegasland.

we have the Wynn from 11/13-11/19. The Plazzo from 11/26-11/30. I may never have to change a sheet again.

Only if we are painting and get it on ourselves.
As for that credit for the homes, I heard that if you bought one in the last few months that you are still eligible for the credit. And as for blaming Vegas for your bad luck, it's not the city that did it to you, it's the government.

Isn't it just basically a tax credit? If you have things structured so your income is less than $32K and if the $6500 is a tax credit, it would seem one would be ineligible.

I wish it would include vacation properties. I plan to buy a place in Vegas. I think my buying a vacation home still helps get foreclosed properties off the banks books. Should I be excluded because I worked hard and saved?

Actually, this is no differant from any Nov and Dec....except for NAtional Finals Rodeo these are 2 od the WORST months of the year.....January usually picks up due to conventions but this year [thanks in part to B.O.] this ain't gonna happen.....

Look for good deals for the next few mos.
