Its normal. They aren't flying in circles though. They are probably headed up to NTTR for training.

I'm going to try the local hotels on my side of town (Boulder Station, Eastside Cannery, Longhorn), as well as the temp agencies. I called Deluxe Cab this morning, and they said that they've hired all of the drivers they're going to for this week.

You really ought to try security companies. You just drive around neighborhoods giving a measure of security and reply to any calls. Or you can do what Las vegas drunk does, work in a building all night and be paid for posting in here.
