As you can tell from the other sessions, nine hours is unusual for me. What precipitated this was I lost two buyins back-to-back ($600) in the first hour when a couple of fish sucked out on me by hitting two and three outers after I had gotten all the money in good on the turn. But that's poker. I tried to grind it back and almost had when I suffered another setback, this time as a result of poor play on my part. I finally decided that it just wasn't my day and I was no longer playing my "A" game so decided to leave before I gave the rest of it back.

Yeah, it is a little early to look for rentals. We ran into that also. You would see one you really want and it would be gone. With your pets being so little, I wouldn't think you would have a huge problem. Have you been here in the high heat of the summer? I know you like it and if you like the high temps with humidity, you won't have a problem with these temps, but just wondering if you have been here in summer? When we were in Omaha, NE, I thought I would die from the humidity!!! It seemed hotter than Detroit! Although, temps everywhere were unusually hot at that time in the midwest.
No I've just been there in spring and fall, if September is actually fall there. I was SO HAPPY when it hit 102 on one of my visits! It felt like an 85 degree day to me. We had a nice stretch of 100s here, and my favorite part was the fact that it was still in the 90s at midnight. I just love walking out into that instant heat feeling when the temps are really high. When I got home from that Sept trip the leaves were changing here and the air felt like fall (if that makes sense) and I got VERY depressed. I hate fall, winter is next.

My dogs LOVE it, too. It was 100 with a heat index near 110 one day and my dog Diablo kept begging to go out. When he went out he would plop down in the sun and just lay there. I wouldn't let him stay out too long just to be safe, but every hour or so he was begging to go out again.

Here he is working on his tan on one of those hot days: (he actually does get tan on his belly. And that is my other dog, Lupe, in the lower corner.)

The upper class are the only ones with any money.

Dandelion would be more like it.
Look at him...
How dangerous could he be? Waaaaaay too cute.
Dogs are funny huh?
You'd think with his fur and all the last place he'd wanna go is OUTSIDE when it's hot.
Weird.

Yes that's my boy, Diablo. He's very ferocious! He is!!!! And by ferocious I mean snuggly and sweet. His sister is Lupe.

I figure they are originally from Mexico so they are desert dogs. Hot weather is in their genes. Now this same theory doesn't seem to work for me since I am Norwegian

Here's a clear indication the economy is improving. I actually got a rejection email today.

I've applied for scads of jobs here and my total rejections are...two. It makes me happy to get them. At least someone looked at my application.

He is probably trying to fit into the goverment approved doctor category where the doctor is told by the goverment what to tell patients. Look at the computer...........not the patient. Whatever you do.......do not do an actual physical exam on the patient... you might find something wrong that will cost too much money for the healthcare system.
