I like all types of music. We saw them before, the Randy Anderson Band. They like to get the audience involved in line dancing.

Residents of Aliante were served a free BBQ dinner. Non-residents got to have free popcorn and ice cream, plus drinks. (cola's, bottled water, all nice and cold.) It was a nice and pleasant evening. I did ask the glow stick lady for a glow stick and she said they were only for kids. i said I was someone's kid. She thought I was strange and moved on.

By the way, my snake photo is now in the photo section for the Las Vegas group that no one ever uses. Go see, go see!

Quite often, I feel like a loser when I compare myself to most Americans who are my age. As a 36 year old male making below $10 an hour I definitely am a failure compared to 90% of people who are my age or younger. Still, I am very thankful to be born here in America as life could have been so much worse. At least I have a kick back job where I do not have to do any sort of work. The people in China work 100 times harder and live the same or most likely worse than me which is not fair at all. I came across this article that shows just how lucky I and all Americans are. Every time you buy something from China think about what horrific conditions the poor souls making the goods are going through.

P.S. This is not a drunk post. This is really how I feel. My heart breaks for these people.

You are not a loser, IMO. You have intelligence, are self-sufficient, and you are not a draw off society. You also have a big heart filled with compassion.

Winner/Loser status cannot be properly measured by how much money one makes. There are many a millionaire that are true losers in this world.

Thanks, but I have been told that I am a loser by multiple members of this forum. It has been mainly in the business and/or politics section. I never should have used the screen name "las vegas drunk" and told people what I make if I wanted to be taken seriously.

Look at how many rep points you have. Each one represents a time when people either agreed with what you said or you made them laugh. Losers don't get rep points like that.

PS...talk to the mods to see if they can change your screen name, but keep your profile and stats, if you no longer wish it to be that. I know you've taken personal steps away from the bottle...so it may no longer even apply. That, in itself, is to be commended.

ok...... so it's the Ipad's fault that people in China accept poor pay and harsh conditions in order to work.
