Oooo, Café Zupas sounds right up our alley! (And really - Better than Capriotti's?! I loved Capriotti's, and unfortunately there are none here in the Denver area. ) So where is this place?

Cafe Zupas are in Spring Valley (215 and Rainbow) not far from the Arroyo Market Square and the Henderson area, if Im not mistaken also in the States of California, AZ and Utah aside from Nevada. I like the fresh Basil and Cucumber green tea offered at the restaurant.

Great food and you can also customize your salad for an extra .69 cents each item but the salad selection with different ingredients are extensive enough.

So far I love the Chicken Pesto Panini, Crab Avocado Panini and the Carnitas Sandwich. Lobster Bisque, Clam Chowder and Mushroom soups are good, you can try it before ordering. My friend likes the Ham Panini and the salad with Blueberries.

I always order the combo for 8.79 Soup and a full sandwich not half like in many places. Brownies are delicious, next Ill try the Hazelnut Chocolate Creme Brulee and the regular Creme Brulee.

Default Bella Vita

Anyone familiar with the Bella Vita community? Looking to purchase for my son attending UNLV. Seems to have decent pricing on some of the units (2/1 for 120-130). It's a gated community with an attended guard shack (which I understand doesn't always necessarily mean safe, but at least safer). Fairly close to school in what seems to be a decent area (Spring Valley), close to shopping, the strip, stadium, and the airport. He'll have a car and use the condo until he graduates then we'll either rent it or sell it. Any insite would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo.
