You can always try applying for a student visa; I just think based on what you've said here that chances of success are not high, and it doesn't sound like you can actually afford it anyway at least not without working in violation of your stduent visa, which would be a problem for adjusting status. And that's not even taking into account the possibility the visa expires well before you get current.
You will wait a long, long time though,do something useful with your time...
Oh, and enter the DV lottery ! ( Though you just missed the DV2016 entry period). We had a petition under FB3 filed, but won DV in the meanwhile (3rd try). Got our immigrant visas july last year, as of today we would probably still be waiting another 5 years to become current....
Out of country tuition is insanely expensive. It is much more than most people make in a year so coming over here and winging it would be futile.
I would save your money while you are waiting for your visa.
