Ok, I just moved into a new home that I am renting. My neighbor is nuts.

while I was in the process of moving he has me outside for 2.5 hours just talking and would not stop.

The cable guy comes to hook up my cable and he follows the guy around the back and tried to come into the house un-invited.

It finally got to the point that the cable guy couldn't take it anymore and he left.

I locked my front door to come home and find my neighbor standing in the middle of the street with the my front door wide open

I was sure I locked the door when I looked at him he went in his house. Each time I called the cable company out he would run outside to me them.

So I finally talked to the HOA property manager who tells me the guy has 3 order of protections issued by different families in the neighborhood. He was recently following and hanging around a neighbor house down the street. The neighbor had to have a stay away order issued because they have a daughter the same age as my daughter.

When I found this out I got a house alarm. When he seen the truck he ran outside with a camera and was looking into the truck trying to take pictures.

The alarm company caught him and he stated he needs his alarm remote battery change.

I am now being told others have seen him hanging out at my door step and trying to peek through my back window.

I have a 12 yr old daughter and this guy is freaking me out !!!!

Any advice would be great.

Sounds like you should (if you haven't already done so) get orders of protection and a stay away order, too. Do you have this creep's name? Is he on any sex offender lists?

When the property mgmt is aware that there's a creep on the premises, is this something that should be revealed to potential tenants?

I only have his first name not last I dont think he is on the sex offenders list. I did look and didnt see his address.

I am looking to document everything and I have a diary on what is taking place. How can I document this jerk beyond that.

I have the house alarm and I do have a camera maybe I can place the camera near my front door.

My hubby is looking into talking to an officer he is friends with to see if there is anything else we should be doing.

He is even freaking out my daughter and she is only 12 yrs old so I dont think pepper spray will work.

Maybe a bigger dog

Addresses for certain level sex offenders are not given. Only the highest risk level's addresses are visible to the public.

Whatever the case may be, hopefully your husband's friend will give you some helpful advise.

Best of luck.
