Hey Crooks..whats that gem of a house on Middle Country Road..either in MS or SB that is on a corner and has a bunch of "decorations" all over the front lawn. There must be a story there too...
I should have known better. Why shouldnt I have to live next to a shanty? It is funny how critical the responses have been when you guys cannot even see what I am talking about. However I don't think it would be appropriate to take a picture.
Yes I am extremely snobby--oh my god you caught me. How will I ever go on?
Listen I get it, some of you think I am a &*^%. I don't mind--its kind of funny.
Crooks thank you for the answer.
Im with you. Ive seen some really cool tree houses done that no one would care about. If the guy shoved a pallet and a tarp up in a tree Id be pissed too.
FWIW its tough to enforce as seen by the Miller Place Pirate house. If memory serves youre over there.
If youre in PJ/Shoreham and have the weight of the Village....use it.

The rumor in Sound Beach is that the guy hit the lotto and invested in lawn ornaments.
He must keep the RP statue guy in business.
He keeps it pretty clean though, I always wanted to play mini golf there but nothing tops the Pirate house in Rustic Acres/MP.
+1 for you my friend! Renters need to know their place and commenting (with vicious attitude) on homeowner issues is way above their heads. If you want to comment on homeowner issues, be responsible, hold down a job, and save up.
Yeah! Renters need to know their place. Low class parasites. As if they could have a legitimate opinion on anything. Homeowners are far superior and therefore the only ones capable of rational thought.

As it relates to home ownership issues, yes.
I'd also go out on a limb and say that many people in their mid 40's that don't own a home aren't very responsible. Let's face it, renting your whole life is a very poor financial decision any way you slice it. Anyone who is that irresponsible with their finances must have their opinions taken with a pound of salt.

You should hang out with that lady that hated horses in Huntington.

So, unless someone wants to do what YOU do then their opinions simply MUST be illogical?

There's another guy in SB with an amazing amount of stuff...a covered wagon and a huge statue of a dolphin I believe.
My wife calls it the Farmville house.
