You know the ones that are usually found in California at the gas stations, you drive inside, your car is put in park, and it moves the car through the stages.

I am either blind or these are extremely rare here, all i see is hand wash at every corner.

Is there this type of car wash here, where?

Are you referring to the one on Carleton Ave?

If so, there are still workers that do the had drying when finished. I'm assuming the OP is looking for one where there are no people involved?

There's one on New York Avenue in Huntington Station (I believe between 13th and 14th Streets).
