I'm wondering where the criminals came from since most of the people caught causing problems in this area aren't actually from the area. I expect more info to come out as time goes on

Looks like the coward decided upon his own death penalty.
As long as we don't have the death penalty and a smorgasbord of appeals, scum like this will get much more brazen.
What was with the bars on the windows of the house to begin with? It looked more like a sketchy part of the Bronx or Brooklyn -- not VS.
