Since this is the LI forum, we dont know... try the westchester forum.
no need to be parochial. They all belong to "New York" in this site anyway. It makes sense to compare the score of the best school in the area to the best school in long island.

Ask the ? in the Westchester forum if you want an answer, then compare it to here. There's a reason why they are split out after being in "New York". You might well ask your question in the US Forum, since we are in the US.
Not trying to be snippy, but if you want an answer you need to ask the question in the right place.
Well he's asking here because it is a chart that was devised by Pequaman who did all of the work.
Pequaman wrote out the metrics of how he got the scores, anyone could apply it to their school district in NY State, technically. If they want to do the work that is.
"This data in this list was compiled from the most recent report cards released March 2012 (from the 2010-2011 school year). https://reportcards.nysed.gov/
Methodology:
Grad Rate - 1x Post-secondary Plans 2010-2011 Completers
To 4-year College - 2x
To College (4-year+2-year) - 1x
Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation - 2x
Comprehensive English (scored 65+/85+) - 2x
Algebra 2/Trig (scored 65+/85+) - 2x
Global History and Geography (scored 85+) - 1x "
I looked up Scarsdale to get their score..one data point is missing, "Regents with advanced designation"
Or is 0% the actual number?

I will do a 2013 list when they release the actual report cards for 11-12. Currently the only thing published is the Fiscal Supplement for that year.

Not true. Take a look at Long Beach. Not a great SD but very high real estate values. Maybe not as much after Sandy but def before.

Great point. I hear there are high priced homes in Freeport. And some lower priced homes in Syosset. I guess there are exceptions and there are generalizations in life after all.
report cards are out for 11-12! To the Pequaman-mobile!
lol I'll try to put it together today - Thanks for the update. After a quick look, Jericho may have been dethroned from the top.
