When I drive through neighborhoods and see some nice landscaping or a design structure of some sort, I'll sometimes take a pic just because I am inspired and want to do something similar to my house.

On another note, as previous poster wrote about appraisers, we just had an appraisal done (for refi) and the guy drove a prius
The house across the street was sold about 6 months ago and I have seen the same thing about three times since the new family moved in. I wouldn't be too concerned.
Is there something nice, new or unique about your house that maybe they want to do to their house? For example, I'm redoing some things on my house and I'm having a tough decision on what color, style, etc. so I've been driving around taking pictures of what I like to show my contractor.
On foreclosed homes with families still living in them they drive by and take photos to make sure they are up keeping the property. My neighbor across the Street has been in foreclosure 5 years now and has not been kicked out yet because they are maintainging the look of the house and property. They get to live there for free while I struggle to pay my mortgage and bills. Cracks me up.
So go into foreclosure yourself if you think it's such a good deal.
I think it's a terrible idea. I have excellent credit and I am not about to do that. I never said it was a great Idea I was just merely pointing that out.
