I think the lines have gotten much better in Nassau. I found several stations open on Merrick rd midday and only waited about 40 min.

The bathtub water isn't for drinking.
it's used to flush toilets (to increase water pressure) and wash dishes.

I actually turned it on to move up. Probably wasted more gas that way right? I only had 1/4 tank when I got there.
