My neighbor who has lived here for four years (and whose car still has a Oklahoma plate, incidentally) had a car parked on the street NO Plates, NO inspection sticker. Cops wouldn't do a thing, i got the third degree when called them.
Now, we have a 27 approximately foot boat on a trailer in the street with NO plates.
Same family rents out second floor of their home.
Bad neighbors are bad neighbors.
