A little birdy told me that realtors are going to artificially keep the inventory low to keep these outrageous prices soaring and continue the cut throat bidding wars going in Nassau County by only listing a house or two at a time. Many of which have a ton of houses to sell, but will only list a few at time for this reason.
Anybody else hear this? Any truth to this?
The little birdie told an early April Fool's joke! Makes absolutely no sense!
I really like this house for a plethora of reasons. It checks all the boxes. Unfortunately, it's a bit steep. If the market wasn't as psychotic as it is, it would probably be a possibility. What do you think they'll actually get for this house?

It will definitely have a bidding war and my guess will be a little over 600k. It has low taxes, large yard and a short commute to the train.
