Anybody else hear this? Any truth to this?

I don't think I can go a day anymore without hearing the phrase "fake news".

Plus collusion is illegal. And which realtors are willing to patiently wait?

Glad it's "fake news" and debunked. That's why I came here with it.

Silicone news is the kind that is either blindingly obvious or done so well you can’t tell it’s fake.

I really like this house for a plethora of reasons. It checks all the boxes. Unfortunately, it's a bit steep. If the market wasn't as psychotic as it is, it would probably be a possibility. What do you think they'll actually get for this house?

It will definitely have a bidding war and my guess will be a little over 600k. It has low taxes, large yard and a short commute to the train.
