You're making this way too easy...

https://www.agilitypr.com/resources/...an-newspapers/

You should probably read something from two months ago rather than something from a year or two, or fourteen ago (seriously, 2007 figures?). And it was already there for you to read; it could have saved you the embarrassment. You don't even know what the list you linked is counting.

Interesting how Newsday shows up as #3.

When you look at these numbers (early 2020) Newsday’s circulation is considerably below many more and 1/3 of NYT.

Not knocking your link but they aren’t sharing actual numbers which would help. I also wonder if it’s just the Sunday edition being compared?

My god you are a fool. Stop embarrassing yourself. And of all things your almighty “source” is which you keep touting a PR firms’ website (not a news source) with no stats to back itself up.

Press gazette 2020 data
Wikipedia 2019 data
Muckrack 2019

Here Is another 2019 (but written in Jan 2021) They were number 8. You think circulation had gone UP since then to become number 3 in the nation beating papers with nationwide distribution? Lmao.

Even more hilarious this is from your SAME SOURCE yet they say Newsday isn’t even in the top 3 in NY! How can that be nutty?

And poor, poor infoplease, which you have apparently chosen to disown? March 31, 2007. So, like I said a year old, two years old and fourteen years old.

You than added muckrack which is counting something else entirely, but you still don't understand.

Once more for the slow learners out there - in January 2021 Newsday's daily circulation was third highest in the nation. The link appears above. Twice.

Wow are you a mental patient? Did you not see that your source is a PR firm website with ZERO sourcing whatsoever, and the SAME website also says that Newsday isn’t even in the TOP 3 in New York contradicting itself. Just stop. Seriously. Your source is a joke just like your arguments. Go back to reading your dying tabloid please.

I chose the one I linked because it was the most recent ranking and the state of the newspaper business has been one of huge changes in the past two decades. I can recall a time when Newsday was near or had surpassed 500,000 in circulation.

Sunday (and Saturday) may well have an affect on the ratings as the press gazette link is counting only the average of weekday sales. It appears that the actual auditing agencies hold the precise figures to themselves as proprietary information and we're left to deal with PR and marketing firms that use their numbers to promote ad sales which the auditing agencies will certify.

No you chose the one you linked because it’s the only one that supports your ridiculous argument despite dozens of others refuting it with numbers to back it up. There is no way Newsday rose to number 3 in just a year beating out nationwide circulation papers. Circulation for papers have been going down not up. Sorry. And again you keep ignoring the fact that your source of choice contradicts itself by saying it’s number 4 in NY circulation which makes no sense.

You really need to understand what is being counted before you further embarrass yourself.

Did you ever figure out what the list you linked even means?

You need to stop the ad hominem attacks - they don't help your quest for relevance.

Do you? Your list says nothing about what data was gathered or how. If it was based on daily, weekly or yearly circulation. No numbers whatsoever. You are just desperately assuming because you’ve been thoroughly debunked and made a fool of. Just keep digging yourself deeper you look worse with every post. This is getting entertaining!
