If this guy wasn't paying taxes on all that rental income IRS may end up putting a lien or taking other action against that West Islip property separate from whatever else is going on.
In an odd twist if Mr. Ostrove didn't report all that money he was skimming off the top to IRS, he and his various shell companies could be liable for taxes as well.
