I understand Chuck sucks all the air out of a room when there is a camera and a microphone present, but is there a more useless politician in NY besides Gilibrand?

don't forget Andrew Cuomo is the reason your school taxes are capped at 2 percent yearly.
I have no clue what Gillibrand has done for me lately ... or ever .

As much as I wasn’t a Cuomo fan. The 2% tax cap is possibly the greatest political achievement in the history of the state.

So? they just get more state funding.... where do you think state funding comes from? State tax payers...

yeah, agreed, but we were seeing seven to ten percent yearly increases. the cap helped relieve the pain .
