New variant coming from china. 65k infected a week. Will be here soon. Maybe by summer. Certainly by winter.

Brace for more lockdowns. It's our only hope since people are refusing to get vaxxed and masked.

I just give up. What is sad and upsetting is that ending Covid was sooooo easy. Yet humanity is so stupid and stubborn to do simple things. Very sad world we live in, I must say!

Everyone who is infected generates new variants. Most just never enter a wide chain of transmission. Those that do could happen anywhere.

China relaxed its covid restrictions in late 2022, by the way. Cases went up after they did.
