That's because they're all flying over nightcrawler and Misfitg's houses. You're benefiting while they suffer in ways humanity never thought possible, don't you have a heart?

the routes change every 8 hours or so, there are 2 wedsites to see which they are flying.
either way, all the jet fuel is still being crop dusted over our homes. so while we sound like big babies crying over noise, truth is 1500 planes fly over our neighborhoods all day every day, where do you think the fuel goes?

on us.

There are actually a lot of members in this forum who do work offline, advocacy and community organizing wise, particularly involving subjects such as this. Where changes have been made, and dialogue continues to ensue, and litigation proceeds in particular regions of the country.

Then, there are trolls.

Umm, I said they're still overhead too. See, there is a happy medium. I don't know what your problem is telling people to stop fighting it because you have a different view. What's it to you, really? Grow up.

No I've been frustration-free for well over a year now. Pollution - personally I'm inside most days. The noise however could be heard & felt through the walls.

I think it is really terrible when others make fun or poke at others that are complaining about a serious issue.
We didn't all just wake up one day and say, "hey, lets complain about airplanes".

Airflight paths were established many years ago, and people chose to buy homes to suit thier needs. Some people chose to live near airport and some chose not to.

I live all the way near the Verazzano bridge, no where near an airport, there should be no reason why i have to have planes flying over my home every 30 seconds all day long. It wasnt fair for the FAA to change flightpaths over our homes without us even knowing about it. Planes were never there, then poof, June 2012 here are planes flying over my home? why is this????.....................................and while people all across america are complaining anywhere nextgen was implemented the FAA us still doing nothing about it.

LGA was built as a small airport, for planes with 50 passengers or less, it wasn't meant to be a big hub.

Im sick of s13 nasty and un needed comments. We dont need your negativity or making fun of us.

There is no such thing as a happy medium when the planes are dumping fuel all over your house, which this thread taught me is "a thing."

CRIMINAL, just criminal.

So you would take no umbrage if the the government decided to build a new railway line abutting your property and letting commercial trains roll by your house in 30 second intervals at all times, day and night, without compensating you or conducting a feasibility study?

Sorry, how does a physical encroachment such as a rail line compare in any way with airplanes flying overhead? Or are these planes landing on your roof?

I'm sorry, maybe I neglected to mention in my hypothetical that the trains would only be traveling on the rail line that abuts your property and not landing on your roof. Does that help?

It does not, because you are still trying to compare planes that are separated from your property by hundreds (thousands?) of feet of air to trains that would be running along the ground shared with your 100-foot postage stamp property.
